Delivery Service

We offer same day dispatch on orders placed from Monday to Friday.

• Orders placed before 4pm (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day.
• Delivery times may vary on national holidays, and any changes will be highlighted on our website.

Delivery Terms

1. While we aim to keep our website updated with product availability and estimated delivery times, this information is purely indicative and not legally binding.

2. We will make every effort to meet the delivery times stated on our website. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you in writing and provide a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

3. During holiday periods, deliveries may experience slight delays. Our couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 27/12, 01/01, and the Easter bank holiday weekend.

4. Your order will be delivered using the method selected at checkout. Please check your delivery promptly upon arrival to ensure it includes all the correct items. If there are any issues, such as missing or faulty products, please notify us as soon as possible following the procedure outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy. If the packaging appears damaged upon arrival, we advise refusing the delivery or accepting it “with reservations” and informing the courier.

5. Delivery Details:

   • We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24®, which aims for next working day delivery but may take up to 2 working days.
   • If you place an order after the cut-off time or on a bank holiday, your order will be processed on the next working day.
   • Our delivery partner Royal Mail delivers between 9am – 5pm.
   • Delivery is currently only available to UK addresses.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been dispatched.
