Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email Customerservice@7thheaven.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a full refund.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused and in a re-sellable condition to qualify for a refund or replacement.

  • Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns, replacements, or exchanges for products that are not in a saleable condition.

  • If a product is faulty, we offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Faulty Items:

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team via My Account for assistance. Each case will be handled individually.

  • Please provide photographic or video evidence to help us resolve your issue quickly.

Return Process:

  • The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer.

  • We strongly recommend using tracked or recorded delivery, as we cannot process refunds or exchanges for lost returns.

  • Once your return request has been approved, please send the item(s) to:

  • Upon receipt, our quality control team will inspect the goods. Once checked, our customer service team will contact you to process the return. Please allow up to 7 days for processing.

Refund & Replacement Processing:

  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. 

  • Replacements and returns are at the discretion of our customer service team, who will review each case individually.

Third-Party Purchases

  • If you purchased your item from Amazon, TikTok, Superdrug, or another retailer, you must contact the platform directly to arrange a return.

  • Store-bought items must be returned to the store they were purchased from and cannot be returned directly to us.
